2024 Yearly Commercial License

Digital Designs, Seamless Designs and Clipart License for Small Businesses:

If you own a Small Business and desire to use my Digital Designs, Seamless Designs or Clipart to create and sell your own printed products, you can benefit from this license.

It covers a range of products, including Fabric by the Yard, Stickers, DTF and Screen Print Transfers, Water Slides, and Sublimation Prints.

Queen Jackson Creations Limited reserves the right to update the list with additional products as the market evolves.

This license is not necessary if you sell finished products like shirts, tumblers, socks, sins, mousepads, hats etc.

Here are some key things you need to know about the license:

• The license permits you to use all the shop's listings (DIGITAL) without giving credit for commercial purposes.
• You can print and sell the products as long as you renew the license annually.
• The actual artwork is not included in this license, so you must purchase it separately. It is not allowed to resell the artwork as-is.
• Artwork cannot be included in a new design and then sold as another digital.
• You will not receive any physical items.
• This license is NOT transferrable and NOT refundable.
• I do NOT accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for any digital item.
• Your receipt of this purchase and document confirms your right for commercial use.
• POD usage is ONLY ALLOWED FOR LIFETIME LICENSE USE
