Q:How long does shipping take?

A: Please allow 6-10 BUSINESS days for your order to arrive due to shipping delays caused by COVID-19.

Processing time takes 1-10 days. If you order on Saturday or Sunday, your order will ship out on the following business day unless it's a Holiday.

Wholesale Orders require 7-12 BUSINESS days for PROCESSING. Once your wholesale order has shipped, please allow 6-10 BUSINESS days for your order to arrive due to shipping delays caused by COVID-19. 

Q: How do I change or cancel my order?
A: Every purchase is a final sale unless your product is damaged due to Queen Jackson Cosmetics. If your order has been damaged due to shipping, please contact USPS.

Can I return or exchange an item?
A: Exchanges are acceptable for damaged products caused by Queen Jackson Cosmetics only. If the damage was caused due to shipping, contact USPS. Please contact CUSTOMERSERVICE@QUEENJACKSONCOSMETICS.COM
 with all details regarding your exchange. You must send a photo of the damage within 24 hours of receiving your item or the return/exchange will be void. It’s Queen Jackson Cosmetics final discretion to return or exchange a product. The item MUST be returned to Queen Jackson Cosmetics UNUSED and the shipping cost is the customers responsibility. No shipping charges will be refunded. Please opt for tracking and provide us with the tracking number or else we can not guarantee if or when we will receive the return. 

Q. My item was lost or stolen, How can I get a refund?
A: Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact USPS to file a claim. If you’ve had issues with mail deliveries before please note in the box at checkout that you would like to have a signature delivery. A separate invoice will be sent to cover the cost.
